Power Pause Squats- 135x3, 225x3, 245x3, 275x3, 295x3, 315x3, 345x2, 365x2
Squat- 405x1 (belt & wraps, new PR), 405x1 trying to improve depth, talk about ugly

Meh i switched back squat for box squats to fix some shiet form issues. It worked for keeping me constantly reminded to keep low back tight and chest out but it cost me a little bit of progress.

Dont worry i plan to try to make up for this by pulling a new deadlift PR Friday
