I have my state championship game today. Gonna make history as it was my school's first of having rugby be a varsity sport. Im nervous af, the team we are playing only lost to us by 2 points last game. Undefeated season or bust

Hi guys, one of my main goals for what will be for me a long off-season is to improve my speed on the field. One of the things which may well be holding me back is my technique. I know a lot of top players have achieved great results working with sprint coaches such as Margott Wells, but 1-on-1 coaching sessions with her are extortionate! Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can work on my sprinting technique? Cheers

Going to be playing in some 7's tournaments this summer. How is it compared to regular 15 vs 15? I feel like 7's will be good for me because I'm fast and in shape.

Some people love 7s. I prefer 15s. I would say there is more skill and speed required to play 7s. Lots of passing and kicking. U wont see a lot of people take the ball into contact as much as in 15s. However, the lack of heavy forwards basically puts everyone on an equal field because the normal 7s team is compose of backs and sometimes loose forwards. If you have quick feet and advanced passing skills u will exceed at 7s. The pace of the game is much higher than 15s and u need to think and react very quickly or the other team will score. A 7's match is two seven-minutes halves, so u should be at 100% constantly throughout the match. Gl m8 and lmk what u think of sevens vs 15s

Being fast and in shape is good for 7s, but if you want to be good, you really need to learn to appreciate and exploit the space that's not available in the game of 15s. Simple moves like blocks and slides will really open up some huge gaps and exploit the defense's lack of numbers and inability to compensate for a weaker defender.
Bravery and stupidity are often synonymous. So are cowardice and intelligence.
