If you have the basic overhead mechanics down, pick a spot on a wall and throw to it, a lot. Then when you can hit that spot from a comfortable distance, take a few steps back and fire away again. Repeat until the distance is a few steps past your farthest boost in a line out. I know and train with a few international-level hookers and they all advocate this.

Yeah^ its really one of those things where you just have to get comfortable with the movement pattern. Throw, throw, throw. Know how to fine tune power (via changes in distance), and just progress as you improve.
