Easy way to gain extra calories?
Everything was going well, until my freaking parents banned me from using olive oil. I was adding a few tablespoons to my drink and could barely taste it. It was a great way to get many extra calories.
But oh no. They just had to screw that up didn't they! Argh :@
I need something that gives at least 2000 extra calories. I've tried mayo, peanut butter, lard....I don't really like them.
I'm already having Nutella on biscuits but I don't like it in sandwiches. I'm eating butter sandwiches. Potatoes, pasta, cheese, baked beans. I also have nutella oatmeal twice a day.
I just need something to give me 2000 extra cals and then I'm perfectly happy.

What are your cals/day now? Drink whole milk and add butter and coconut oil to all your dishes. If you have a starch, protein and vegetable for 3 meals and add a tbsp of fat to each that's 900 extra cals/day.

I would rather not say because I will just get bashed like the last time. I just need an extra 2000.
Thank you so much. I'm not sure my parents would allow me to add coconut oil since they have barred me from oil altogether, but I will try adding butter to some of my dishes.
Whole milk sounds like a good idea. I just got some lactaid and I really love the taste of milk. I will go and work out how many cals it will give me. Seeing as I love it I can easily drink numerous cups throughout the day.
Thank you!

Here's one of my favorite homemade weight gainer shake recipes:
-Water
-7kg steamed broccoli
You might need a pretty big blender, but trust me it's worth it. Quick and easy way to get an extra ~2k cals. Good luck OP.

1 cup (8oz) of whole milk (~3% milkfat) is 150 calories. Skim milk is 90. Most regular sized dinner glasses are 2 cups or so.
