I had a big concern about my weight loss these days. it took me a very long time to figure out that 2100 Calories is my maintenance. I always thought it was something like 2800 Or 3100 based on apps and online TDEE calculators , but in fact they're really inaccurate that's why I advice everyone who wants to lose weight not to depend on those " digital" calculators. instead, get to know yourself.
it's just an advice

Do no trust TDEE calculators.
- Caloric balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency are what matter. The names of the foods you consume do not matter.

Good advice, they never claim to be accurate, but for some reason people assume they are. People come here saying they aren't losing weight in a deficit and when asked how they know they are in a deficit it's because an online calculator told them so. People need to realise that they aren't robots and their bodies don't work off a set of predetermined formulae. You learn your maintenance through trial and error.
