I was search online and I found this guy who took a pic at 16% bf with no outline abs but a V-Line. I think he must have done a lot of muscle training in that area to get a v-line. I'm going to start looking up v-line exercises.

Squat and deadlift... That guy is so big that it shows at higher bodyfats. I am at 19 percent around 189 pounds and mine is partially showing. It's a combination of genetics, muscle size, where you store fat, and many other factors, all which can technically be called genetics. All you need to do for it at 5'11 150 is squat hard and heavy, it worked for me.
