This is my progress over 3 months of eating clean and lifting. The past 3 weeks I have been following the IIFYM diet, 250g p 80g f 115g c. Previous to this, I was just eating low carb and not strictly watching macros and calories. Been feeling alot better on a IIFYM diet. Will upload monthly progress pics.
Protein is mainly from food and not shakes. Around 2000 - 2100 cals a day. Weight training 5 times a week. Supps are fish oil, multi, alcar, creatine and a preworkout. 4l of water a day. Protein sources are usually chicken, steak, beef, eggs, cottage cheese. Carbs are mainly from brown rice.

amazing progress brah ... surely your body doesnt need 250g of protein a day?? thats massive stress on the kidneys over time at ur weight ... im about 170ibs and eat around 170g a day max , 60g fats , the rest carbs . but hey it works for u , was just curious . well done mate
