going well so far, you say youve lost 4-6lbs but realistically youve probably lost more like 7-8lbs of fat due to muscle gains, can see good change in back and slight change in chest. keep it up!

great job on actually being positive and making a great change in your life....it will also help you live longer so kudos....as for progress i can def see some with the back pictures and also a little in the front. Here's the thing if you want to lose fat or cut or just get "skinny" instead of lifting heavy do sets of 12-15 reps with lighter weight, and also do drop sets or circuit training with opposite body parts. For example: If you do one exercise training your chest, your drop set should contain a back exercise such as a lat pull-down or bent over dumbbell row. Do NOT do chest and tri's or back and bi's those are NOT the correct opposite muscles to train and it will just lead to muscle imbalances. Anyway my point is try some of that or message me I'd love to help ya out as much as I can and also, again, great job!
reps for awesome progress.

Don't look at it like "only" losing 4-6 pounds so far like that's not enough. It's recommended to lose 1-2 pounds a week so losing 4-6 pounds in a month is right on track.

The fatter you are, the slower it is to see any progress. I don't know if its the lighting, but I can see progress on your front side.

Did you get fat in 2 weeks or 1 month? I don't think so. It took years of unhealthy behavior so what makes you think you are going to see progress in such a short time?
You stated in your OP that your diet hasn't been on point, so get that under control and realize to yourself that this is going to be a journey. It is not going to be a 3, 6, or even 9 month thing. Getting fit is going to take a long time, longer than you realize, so embrace it, trust the process, believe that if you are doing the right things (eating at a deficit, hitting your macros, and lifting), your progress WILL show. I use to be 340lbs, I know what it's like.
By the way, I can see progress in your back pictures in your OP. Keep up the good work.

hhahaha i'm not giving up I gotta stop being so impatient :/ and I gotta agree...last month my diet wasn't so good...so for second month, I do expect to see results because my diet is very strict now
all I know is...first month I lost 5-7 pounds...and all my lifts doubled or tripled...I went from bench press bar 3 times to bench press 10s 12 times...so that's progress right thtere

Thank you. Still in battle and would like to get these last 20-30lbs off myself.
OP, keep lifting, hitting your macros, and you will get stronger and leaner!

Battles are won and lost but the war will never end.
I too would like to get at least another 20 lbs of fat off. We have similar stats but you look shredded in your avatar.

Do you like the plan? If so, stick with it. It's more important to find a plan you enjoy even if you have to modify it a bit for your needs. That said, I'm on the Labrada Lean Body plan and I like it so far (8 days in). At one point in life I lost 90 lbs (305 - 215) in just over six months. I lost so quickly that I felt as if I'd arrived at my new body destination and I abandoned my routine. Since then I'm back up to 282 because I didn't make strength training and calorie maintenance a part of my life. My advice to you whether you want it or not, find a schedule and diet that you can adopt for life. Sure you can always be modifying it, but rewire your mind to appreciate what a healthy life can offer. Don't forget about the emotional and psychological parts of your transformation.

You can definitely see the progress after that first month! Keep it up!
Regarding your question about "steve cook big man" plan - stick with it, it's 12 weeks right?
well if you dont like it after some time (i.e. 6 weeks) change it... wont hurt

Good job OP.
Grab a measuring tape & take some measurements also to chart progress.
Weight & fat loss are not always linear & being able to track by measurement when the scale isn't moving helps with motivation.
