    I took about 2 weeks off from the gym when I pulled mine from deadlifting.

    Today was my 2nd day back and doing goodmornings with the bar was still not a good idea.

    so i guess 1 month it is then. how about still doing bench press, and other exercises which do not require much back?

    I been in bed for 2 weeks srs. I have a thread in the injuries section. I'm gonna take an extra week off. 3 weeks feelsbadmsan but if you go back too soon and fuk yourself again it could be months out and maybe even years.
