Progress pics of lifting. Didn't upload a Jan 2012 pic because went on vacation and look like shiet. Lost a lot of my weight on my lifts.
Lifts on Dec 2012 were:
Bench: 265
Squat: 335
Deadlift: 385
Have a lot of problems with deadlift and can't seem to get that 405. Not 1 rep maxes. Do 5 x 5 and then bump the weight up.
inb4 nice hairy legs
inb4 i started deadlifting 405
inb4 i had those stats "x" months into lifting
and inb4 nice nips (they're not even that big)
Shut up and get your reps. First 3 pages get repped since its 3 years.
