    Help Please

    So I seem to be having a hard time to increase the size on my arms, what am I doing wrong, my arm routine is:
    Monday: chest and biceps, but only 2 or maybe 3 biceps workout,
    Wednesday: back and triceps but again only 2 or maybe 3 biceps workout,
    Friday: biceps and tricpes about 4 to 5 workouts for both muscles.
    Am I over training my muscles can someone suggest something either a new routine, sets and reps range to make them grow, and maybe even a really good arm workout???????

    Stop focusing on ur arms run a good beginner program and everything will grow including ur arms

    You don't work out your legs, shoulders or core? Yeah, get on a beginner routine. There's plenty to choose from.

    Are you currently bulking? Or trying to lose weight?

    I'm not going to neg you because we don't really know anything about what you are trying to achieve.

    What are your goals?

    What rep range are you doing and how many sets?

    How long have you been training for?


    If you can answer these then maybe we can all get a good idea of what is good and what is bad for you (although beware, some people will just neg for the fun).

    Where's your leg day?? Make sure you're eating enough first off if you're trying to grow. Alternate from week to week your rep/weight. For example if you do 3X8 preacher curls one week, then the following try 3X12 with lighter weight.

    sorry i should of been more clear on what im doing. my sets and reps are from 4 sets 10-12reps, I eat about 5-6 meals a day pretty strick on what I am eating, I wanna be able to put on a good amount of size, should I be eating more?? I am Currently taking a pre workout, creatin, fish oil, protien, a night protien, amino acid, and multivitamins. Im 5'9 200lbs with a body%fat of around 15.
    My schedule is
    Monday: chest and biceps,
    Tuesday: legs,
    Wednesday back and triceps
    Thursday: shoulders and traps
    Friday: arms
    Saturday: legs
