I have a question. I recently started back going to the gym. I'm 32 5'8" 243lbs curently. When I started I was 283 lbs. I lost 40 lbs with 12 week transformation plan. Do I countinue to stay on a fat loss plan and diet or should I start trying to put on more muscle?

What ever you wish to do. If i had those stats i would definitely cut though, however you do not need to cut until you are single digits bodyfat%... just get to a level where you feel comfortable with yourself and then start building muscle properly.

Up to you. But I say cut, try to get down to low teens BF% then bulk up. That's what I would do. GOod job on the transformation bro keep it up.
