Boston George of Supps
OP I would suggest looking into Osteo sport, many people have found it to alleviate pain very quickly and help heal their existing problem. If you are looking for cissus we also have Osteobolin.
Shoot me a PM if you'd like to try out a believer bottle of the OS

Makes sense ? ( damn, I sound like a certain doc :-) :-))
One can always have too much of something, even good things. Personally i wouldn't go above 4g, you seem to be using 5g. For my tendonitis/joint issues the recommended 2g dose of Primaforce 20% powder was enough.

true,
joint help (paractin ) and cissus are doing a great job
my shoulder issues seems much better
my elbow problem on the other hand, pain is minimal, but it seems there's something wrong ( I tend to forget I've already had my share of injuries as a result of masking the pain.... both shoulders operated on, tricep tear, both biceps : tear etc etc :-s, but once you re in the "zone" you don't want 2 back off untill you get a slap in the face or do get knocked out )
