the only foods that are unhealthy are anything with trans fat and tuna if ate too frequently.
there is nothing unhealthy about "fried" foods, ice cream, sweets, cake, etc.....

disagree.
if your diet is in check meaning you'r filling all your nutriotional and vitamin needs. taking the correct veg and fruit. if you;r'e active and lift and do cardio. there is no such thing as unhealthy food other than things with trans fat or tuna.
unhealthy food is sensationalism at it's finest (srs)
let's say icecream. what's wrong with ice cream? it has calories and at the worst sugar...ooooo big bag sugar lol. again, if you're diet is in check and you're active there's no such things as unhealthy food.

lmao, can you read? did I say that at any point in time?
ill write it in caps
IF YOU ARE PHYSICALLY ACTIVE, LIFT AND DO CARDIO. IF YOUR DIET IS ON POINT, MEANING YOU'RE GETTING ALL YOU'RE ESSIETNIIAL FAT, CARBS, PROTIEIN, NOT EXCESSIVE CALORIES. YOU'RE GETTING ALL YOUR ESSIENTIAL VITAMINS. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS UNHEALTHY FOOD

I'll say it again. If you're not eating a excess of calories, meeting your essential amount of carbs, proteins fats. you get your essential vitamins daily. you are physcailly active. there is NO SUCH THING AS UNHEALTHY FOODS BESIDES ANYTHING WITH TRANS FAT.
explain to me how ice cream, cake, a hamburger, is bad for you if those requirements are met..
I'll give you an example of carrots. if it very "healthy" and plenty of nutrients. too much will give you poising and literally make your skin orange. srs. now explain to me how something "healthy" can do this" .
srs. no troll.
like I said. meet your daily requirements in your diet. have fun and enjoy certain foods once in awhile. enjoy ice cream, a peice of cake, a nice apple die. srs.

"the only foods that are unhealthy are anything with trans fat and tuna if ate too frequently." Axiomatically, eating anything 'too frequently' is bad for you, whether fried foods, tuna, salad, fruit...anything. This entire thread is a tautology.
Also, strong spelling of 'essential'.++ Positive Crew ++
