imnew to the site i was wondering if anyone had any workouts for strenght, speed and agility im a rugby player going on my second year playing and really want to get much more fit for this season does anyone have any advice or recommendations?

lift heavy, get stronger man. as for fitness, all you can do is just run a lot. do sprints, other high intensity conditioning drills, and every once in a while go for a distance run (~3 miles or so, don't go for 10 miles or anything ridiculous like that) to focus on endurance.
