    Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to change the weight format from Llbs to Kgs in the workout tracker? Or if it is possible to do it?

    Thanks!

Sorry dude I'm not sure how to change the weight format (I haven't used workout tracker) but to change lbs to kgs there is a simple formula. multiply kg by 2.21 to get lbs and divide lbs by 2.21 to get kg.

    example 100 kg x 2.21 = 221 lbs
    175 lbs divided by 2.21 = 79.18 kg

    Hope I helped still!

Thanks for the reply dude. Yeh its helpful, but just wondered if i could change it in the tracker. Im in the UK and our weights are in KGs, so it just means have to convert everything before i enter it. Just wondered if there was an easier way to enter it straight as KGs. Thanks anyway!
