    Cutting diet help

Hi I've recently started weightlifting and moving into cardio, I am looking to tone up, lean out and lose fat. Im 20 and 55kg. Looking for help with cutting-foods to avoid and foods to eat, when and how much.

    Thanks!

Read the stickies, they will help you out a lot.

For body composition there are no such foods to avoid, just eat at a deficit of 20% and make sure your macros are hit. Meal timing is irrelevant, eat when you want.

Although at 55kg I am a bit worried as to why you want to cut. From reading your 'Cardio Advice' thread it sounds as though you need to improve fitness rather than lose weight; there is a difference.

Thanks! How do you work out eating at a deficit of 20%? I still want to be quite more toned than I already am, and lose those last few kilos!
