I got the ProMera creatine mix that says 45min-1hr before workout. The ON creatine says after workout and then with meals. When am I supposed to take it then?

Creatine Mono Dosing: 3-5g a day, anytime of the day, no cycling or loading necessary, take with any kind of liquid and make sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day for optimal effect.
