I would say thats about right..and why get a a bod pod test? knowing exactly isn't going to change any thing it's just a number. It doesn't matter. Just train hard keep your diet in check and use the mirror and the scale.

word, my thoughts too. maybe a tad lower cuz i took those pics during the holidays and i was bloated as **** from all the junk food lol .
lol idk but he can pass it this way! lol
true dat mang, i usually do just go by the scale and mirror but i figured it could help me give a goal # to cut to. im gonna keep bulking til ~185 and then cut down to ~170, i def should be 10-12% at 170 im thinking

thanks brah, ya im hoping so too, i was <10% about 1.5 yrs ago but been bulking all along since so im hoping getting back to 10-12% wont be too much effort. ill be carb cycling for my diet and using the EC stack and maybe lean xtreme, along with my usual DAA, multi, fish oil, creatine, whey/casein, etc
