I really hate to be this guy but it is even possible to gain almost 200lbs on the bench in just 1 year? I'm sorry but either you just started much lower than your actual 1 rep max or you're taking the venom Bane takes.
Nvm I just watch you clips. So your starting lifts were of multiple reps and sets while your ending weights were your 1 rep maxes. Now that makes more sense.

Though your Squats need more depth, your progress is amazing. Congratulations.

Thanks I can get good depth on my squats but in that clip on top I wanted to keep the same foot position I use for my snatch, I'm actually as low as I can get with that foot position.

Well you have to admit a 200lbs bench gain on your 1 rep max even with noob gains is insane. If its true then this guy is amazing and all the power to him. I'm just a little jealous that's all. Good job OP.

haha your story hits so close to home brother. Marriage went south lost my home too and had to move back in with parents. Didn't have a job and just lived off EI for months on end. Finally one day I decided to follow my childhood dream of becoming the worlds strongest man. I know ill never be the strongest but powerlifting has basically given me something to look forward to and something to be proud of.
I guess ill see you in the next olympics man keep at er. Remember you have to work again someday and it might get hard balancing the 2 but there's always a way.

Congrats. Bruce you're forgetting Chris is a little over 3 bills. That makes things way different, especially for bench.
