i read a lot of stuff. most say bad, some say good, but nothing i read is similar to how i eat top ramen.
i can't eat oatmeal 3 times a day for carb source. morning with breakfast, and once in my meal replacement. sometimes I eat top ramen with a big chicken breast that has no or little fat and carbs, so for carbs i eat top ramen. it's a delicious meal because i season the chicken and throw it in the mini oven. would that be an ok meal for someone who is trying to bulk? something i read that i'm going to do is not to season the top ramen with their packets.

It has an a$& load of sodium for a small serving, other than that it's okay I guess. Have a look.
