    quick reply! going to grocery store! questions about top ramen

    i read a lot of stuff. most say bad, some say good, but nothing i read is similar to how i eat top ramen.
    i can't eat oatmeal 3 times a day for carb source. morning with breakfast, and once in my meal replacement. sometimes I eat top ramen with a big chicken breast that has no or little fat and carbs, so for carbs i eat top ramen. it's a delicious meal because i season the chicken and throw it in the mini oven. would that be an ok meal for someone who is trying to bulk? something i read that i'm going to do is not to season the top ramen with their packets.

    I think Top Ramen has a REDICULOUS amount of sodium. thats why most people say its bad. If you dont season it with the little seasoning packet they give you, then i think you should be good.

    It's fine. Just keep an eye on your sodium intake. Those things are pretty heavy on it.

    It's fine once in a while but you should vary your carb sources. No reason to only eat top ramen and oatmeal. I always used the seasoning the few times I've ever eaten that, but I suppose you'll forgo a lot of sodium and msg if you don't. You could always make you're own seasoning too.

    Holy sheeit... 861 grams lol. That's probably like 4 recommended day's worth in one serving. Now I remember why I hardly ever eat processed food.

    OP, have you ever thought of just getting some regular wheat or egg noodles and making your own?

    Thanks yall. I'm doing good then. I don't only eat those lol but just had questions on it , but I eat other things for carbs as well
