lol @ miscers having such high expectations for the average male. I always lol when you guys say that the strongest females are as strong as the average male.
It clearly states that the females must meet equal physical requirements as the men.
I bet you she's stronger than a good chunk of guys in the military, and that's not even anything bad.Instagram: @Maslag

i wanted to join military but after hearing this, might change my mind. at the least its very dissapointing.
really dont want to fight side by side with a female. please gtfo out of our way, put ur feminist piece of **** selfish trains of thought away, and let men do the fighting. we're quick, efficient, and willing to get dirty.
also inb4 increased pregnancy rates on deployement.
not sure if obama had anything to do or played a big role with lifting the ban, but if he did then its official, the guys a loonybin. yea hes a nice guy and has an appealing story with a nice family, but by no means is he true leader; he is the stone representation of a conformist. all he seems to do is bend over and take it up the azz by his progressive/liberalist friends. the man is nice and im all for him, but doesnt seem able to think on his own.
oh well
progressivism/feminism of peace.
it will be the downfall of america, mark my words.

I'm so fuarkin p!ssed about this. The people that made this decision have no freaking idea what it's like in combat out in the middle of nowhere on tiny COPs and FOBs. Women cause so many additional headaches and problems as it is, and that is without them being in line units. For example, my average mission duration in Afghanistan was 6-9 days. On our larger, named operations, they could go on for 2 weeks, living out of our vehicles, sleeping maybe 3-4 hours a night. I do not think most women could be able to endure what we did on those missions. Not only that, but I think women being on those missions, even if they could handle them, would have negatively impacted my male Soldiers.
To all the people talking about physical abilities not limiting them, you can think whatever you want, but until you join the military and witness the poor attempts of 99% of women to keep up with male soldiers on even the easiest ruck marches, stfu. Personally, I've only ever witnessed 1 female be able to stay even remotely close to me on a serious ruck march. And she is a fitness guru who is more obsessed with working out than me. And even after that 12 mile ruck with 65 lbs, I went to the fuarkin gym for an hour after that to do some shoulders, abs, and forearms. She could barely drive home she was so banged up.
And if the female Soldiers have to start performing on their PT tests to the male standard, the Army would have to kick out probably 85% of all women! lol."A pint of sweat, saves a gallon of blood" - General George S. Patton

Because men have a paternal instinct to protect women because they are "defenseless"
In a black and white environment it isn't worse because both man and women should be considered equal and abuse to either should be a travesty. But the fact of the matter is that society will be in an uproar if even one of these girls are abused and it will be a sensationalist national story for months.

I guess I was unaware of a lot of things.
There are even military bros ITT saying it's a bad idea.
Hmmmmm.
Inb4 they are doing this on purpose, We see some of our women captured and being raped, So then we can bomb invade them hardcore.
But seriously, idk.Don't be so quick to throw away your life. No matter how disgraceful or embarrassing it may be, you need to keep struggling to find your way out until the very end.
*Misc mods get a bad rap, they're pretty awesome (crew)*
