I finally began eating enough to put on weight, lifts went up tremendously but I am still not satisfied with how I look. The before pic is the same stance but with different lighting, the only before pic I could find.
I still feel small, should I keep bulking to 180? What do you guys think?
It depends on what your goals are, when you say "I am still not satisfied with how I look", what is your priority to change that look? Do it for you. I think you are fit enough to continue building muscle mass if that is your intent.
concentrate on gaining muscle...lift heavier and eat more protein...take 2-3 days off per week and get 8 hours sleep at night...anybody can stuff themselves and gain weight...the idea here is to gain muscle..160 lbs is not small ..lift heavy weights and get stronger ..
