It comes with EXT Go (Pre-workout), BPI Build HD (Creatine) & Blox (Aminos), and Image Sport Vein (Vascular). I know to use Go as my pre workout. When should I take the rest?

"This Is What I Take Stack" lmao , but apparently it works ... I mean the marketing . The pre-workout is ok , if you need it (though there are better options IMO) . The rest ... honestly is a waste of money . Return it if you can, and buy protein, bulk creatine , and depending on your diet, multivitamin and fish oil . The so-called "This is what works Stack"
