I read OP's post. This thread turned out EXACTLY as expected LOL.
Despite all the broscience that probably consumed the last 3 pages...I've never met a single pro that does Intermittent Fasting or any of that nonsense. Every single one eats multiple meals.

links? This isn't just from a study or from Layne Norton. It's common sense. Why would levels of aminos in your blood disappear or decline greatly after eating a meal? If you're eating 20 grams of protein then you won't be digesting it for very long and your blood stream won't be full of aminos for extended periods of time. If you eat 40-50 grams in a sitting it's gonna take several hours to digest and you'll be eating again most likely after that because the bro in you will be saying "OH NOZ!!!!! I'M GETTING ALL CATABOLICZZZ!!!" Not much else to explain buddy.
Better yet, some of us that eat 70-80 (or more) meat proteins grams have it even longer to digest. I have read upwards of 6-7 hours.
The protein shake king might want to make sure he eats every 4 or so hours within his waking hours. Assuming even a shake guy has slow digesting protein around dinner or bed would also be better suited towards long term positive protein balance.
With that said, some one will probably prove me wrong by eating 3 100 gram whey protein shakes with their carbs and fat of choice and get jacked. Haha.

Any regular bodybuilder should eat every 2-3 hours a meal consisted from protien and carbs, if slin is involved, couple of meals added with larger amounts of carbs to protect the body from any shock.
Thank you for the link, it's quite long though. Is there a tldr on how to fix metabolism from the video? And since I fudged my metabolism is it gonna be difficult to lose the weight I am gaining from bulking?
