I read OP's post. This thread turned out EXACTLY as expected LOL.

Better yet, some of us that eat 70-80 (or more) meat proteins grams have it even longer to digest. I have read upwards of 6-7 hours.
The protein shake king might want to make sure he eats every 4 or so hours within his waking hours. Assuming even a shake guy has slow digesting protein around dinner or bed would also be better suited towards long term positive protein balance.
With that said, some one will probably prove me wrong by eating 3 100 gram whey protein shakes with their carbs and fat of choice and get jacked. Haha.Real Men Eat Meat and Vegetables.
