Building Workout Problem

The following notice appeared while building a workout temp and now I can't edit my workouts nor finish building my new workout?


"NOTICE:
Something has gone wrong! A system error or permission issue has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please visit the Body Space Home to navigate to the page you requested."

Well, all my workout temp are locked and I can not get into them to edit nor post workout info?

I just deleted them and started re-adding them. Working OK right now.

Almost finished entering my workout temp and was adding hanging leg raises when the software froze again?

Again got the following message:

Froze at the same place both times?
