Does anyone ever worry about taking supps? I know creatine has been studied over and over and is safe, but we don't know the long term effects, do we?
What about pre workout? Apparently this stuff is loaded with random "filler" chemicals to fill the container up. These chemicals are harmful.
Are u afraid what this chit mite do to ur body one day?
One of my teachers just died from cancer so I am getting a bit mind ****ed right now.

There's so much junk in all the food we eat its crazy, even some whole foods like meats have stuff as filler or to make it weigh more. I wouldn't worry about the little bit of fillers in a supp, that's just me though.

I'd be more worried about the amount of corn you consume, if you want to make a big deal out of something.
Corn is in EVERYTHING WE EAT. And it's terrible for you. Google it.Current Stats:
Bench Max 255 x 5
Squat 255 x 10
Straight Bar Curl 120 x 10
Leg Press 500 x 10
T-Bar Row, 3 plates + 25 x 10. Almost 4 full plates ;]

Not at all. I'm MORE afraid of things found in our 'natural' environs. Xenoestrogens in plastics/tap water/hygiene supplies. Air pollution. GMO's/exogenous hormone residues in our foods. All these things up the risks of cancer cells growing in the body, exponentially, as can be seen in hard number research.
Not to mention, the general popular concensus on what it is to be "healthy" now. The middle aisle waddlers in the store who go to their goalless bootcamps and then proceed to eat chit, thinking it's what their bodies need.
A fetish for convenience will bring us all down, eventually.

If you watch the news everything that was bad for you becomes good for you at some point. Our own water has chemicals in it to keep it clean, does that mean its not safe. Chances are the long term effects are not as bad as you think if there are any. Use companies you trust and avoid ones that have issues and you'll be fine.
If you not feeling the burn your not pushing hard enough.

Amen. I work as an analyst covering the agricultural industry specifically corn. Look at how the prices of everything from food to gasoline were effected by the drought that killed 80% of our corn supply this summer.
A lot of this can be blamed on the desire for energy independence. Corn is produces locally so we don't need to import it. For instance, the US utilizes ethanol in gasoline. Ethanol in the US made from corn, versus other countries such as Brazil, which use sugar.
Sorry i just rambled about corn.
