Hi Guys just thought I would show my Progress so far my Main aim was to get ripped and have been working hard for the past 9 weeks,What do use reckon so far,I was 89kg on 15th nov now 80.6kg and feel amazing compared to back in Nov,I would like to here your thoughts,thanks alot

My Diet went a bit like this
Morning-Bran Flakes with Protein shake ON Hydro Whey plus 2 Fish Oils before
Snack-Banana or Raspberries
Lunch-Tuna or Chicken breastx2 with 3 lettuce leaves and Blueberries after it
Pre Workout-MP Assualt,ON Fiber
Workout 30 min High Intensity Cross Fit followed with 30 mins light weights and Abs with 20 lengths in pool.
Post Workout Shake ON Hydro Whey
Dinner-Chicken Breast x3 with Tuna, Sun-dried Tomatoes and herbs,4 Rivitta,Fruit with Natural Fat free Yogurt
Evening-Protein Shake USN Pure Protein
That is how its been for past 9 weeks changing my meals to what is there but that is one of my meal days.
