Hey there,
If I lift 2 dumbbells of 30 lbs each and rep of 25 in 1 set, calculate the mass of the earth's center.

Not dumbbell curls, but any exercise associated with dumbbells.

Dumbbell exercises are generally listed by the weight of one dumbbell. IOW, if you did a set of Dumbbell Curls with 30 pound dumbbells, you'd list them as "30 pound Dumbbell Curls."

You can enter as much weight as you'd like, just remember, higher numbers = more females requesting to be your friend

Although here on BB.com it's usually a factor of at least four.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
