Currently cutting on 1800 cals lost around 3kgs (6 lbs) since last Monday (14th Jan.)
I'm thinking this may be too much for this time period but not exactly sure, advice appreciated!

I was 260 last week but I'm at a good 250 now. I'm sure a lot of it was water weight but I'm burning about 1500 Val's a day through cardio and a 500 cal defectit. Started at 275 and my lifts are still going up so I guess I'm good.
Edit: As long as your training hard and getting your macros you don't have much to worry about IMO.
