All Pro's, Rippetoe's SS, or Babylover's SS?

If you care nothing about strength then probably All Pro's. I like starting with a SS template because it gives you a good understanding of the basic compound movements, which should always be the core of your workouts.
Bench: 235
Squat: 365
Deadlift: 425

If your goal is body building, do a bodybuilding routine.
IMO Lyle McDonalds is the best routine for complete beginners. Any 3-on-1-off routine works too~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~
