k so today i got a nasty blow to the head during p.e today at school. i figured it was a concussion because i've had one before andthisone displayed some of the similar symptoms like feeling dizzy and i also had some vision problems for a few minutes after the incident but ive recovered my vision and now im just left with headaches. Im planning on taking a few days off from the gym. I'm currently taking creatine and im taking it every day as instructed and im just wondering if i need to still need to keep itup through my rest period. I knowthis may be a dumb question but i feel like its going to waste because im not gunna be working out. Should i take less of it atleast? Or keep on taking it until im back in the gym? Thanks.
