    My routine days

I'm wondering if i've got my week set out right. Any help would be great.

    Monday - Full legs day
Tuesday - Biceps, Triceps and Forearms
    Wednesday - Chest Day
    Thursday - Back/shoulder day
Friday - Abs and assistance lifts
    Saturday - Day off
Sunday - Sometimes I take Tuesday off and have my arms day on a Sunday. Depends how my week goes.

Thanks for reading guys. input welcomed!

Biceps, triceps and forearms before a chest day is not a good idea. Your chest day will suffer as a result. Your routine could also do with more frequency i.e. training each muscle group directly at least twice per week.

    This

2x frequency is optimal IMO. Do something like a 3 on one off
    Day1 chest/arms
    Day 2 legs
    Day 3 back/shoulders
