What do you guys think about working out the agonist/antagonist muscles on the same day? e.g. bi's/tri's, chest/back, delts/lats.
Has anyone ever tried this, I read that this was good to shock the muscles into new growth.

I only tried biceps/triceps and it worked good. But I wouldnt recommend chest/back because they are two big body parts. You wont get enough intensity after doing back.. so Id suggest not doing them in the same day. Back/shoulders seems fine tough
I rape back.
If you were half as good as me you'd be close to perfection.

Why do you train "back" and "lats" on different days since alot of exercises involve them both?I rape back.
