    pull slack out each rep?

I do touch and go. I set up pull slack out of the bar and press down on my heels to get in position then lift off. I feel like i have good form for the rest of the reps but if you do touch n go vs reseting do you lose that tension?

main point: pulling slack out of bar on 1st rep vs after every rep?

If you're doing touch ago you really don't have the opportunity to pull the slack out the bar since you're bouncing the bar.

no, as soon as the weight is put down, slack is put back in the bar. You can do touch and go, but just made sure to do it controlled instead of playing the bounce and using momentum to help you DL.....ie, why's the first rep so hard and following are easier.

If your going heavy I highly recommend resetting after every rep so you can properly set. Plus, pulling dead weight are the only true reps, bouncing the weight is like half rep-in.
