I want to lose 2lbs a week my friend told me to start out with this....
11 x 230lbs = 2530 cals
1x230lbs = 230g protein
0.40 x 230 = 80g of fat
carbs 222g
230g protein = 920 cals
80g fat = 720 cals
920+720= 1640 cals
2530cals - 1640 cals = 890 cals / 4cals = 222g carbs

Yup all correct in regards to 4cals in pro and carb and 9cals in fat & hitting minimum macros
That is spot on... its 2528... you have 2530 so ill give you it a****
Obviously change deficit calories from what the scales tell you after 2-3 weeks and work macros for TRUE deficit calories
