    Does it work this way?

    So I was wondering. I am an "ectomorph (no controversy needed). And I eat a ton, I was wondering if I were to eat really strong for 6 days out of the week then randomly 1 day eat a normal 3 portioned meals. Would this trick my body into holding on to more food, in turn gaining mass?

    Why would you eat lots of 6 days and then take 1 day to eat normally?

    Just make a plan where you eat a lot each day if you want to gain weight.
