    What's the best rep range for biceps??

    I've started a 5x5, loving it btw, and done my pull day yesterday. For biceps, I went a bit heavier, spent 5 seconds on the negative and squeezed on the contraction for 2-3 seconds. Is this the right thing to do or will I get no gains in my arms?????
