after two weeks of creatine use, and two weigh ins that i gained weight.
I stopped the creatine use last week, and lost 4 lbs this week.

Although my last weigh in with my trainer (first one in the thread) isn't until Wednesday, I picked up a scale yesterday. I'm at 140..2lbs down since the start and 15 lbs since I joined the gym.
Obviously thats a little slower than I would like, but my diet hasn't been the greatest. I hope that is accurate and not off from the scale at the gym too!
I've got 4 days in a row at the gym planned plus an additional 1 or 2 and if I can plan meals tomorrow (we have a holiday), I should see a great number next week.
I'll be updating my bodyspace tomorrow. I'm a little nervous, but catching up with the thread has given me extra motivation. I killed it with upper and cardio today and will do cardio and legs tomorrow before hand.
I love how honest everyone seems to be, even when we're owning up to a slip or two!!

had a binge again last night... ****! though this wasnt as destructive as my last two, it was about 1k over maintenance. I thought I was getting it under control, I guess not. I have decided to up my calories 150 to 2400. Iifym calc puts my tdee at 3260. Although weight loss is still my goal, my new primary goal is to not binge for 4 weeks... so far I havent made it past 2.5 ... I will up my calories 100 after every binge until it stops... and if it only stops once I'm at maintenance, I will do a mini bulk for a month to repair my metabolism and then try the cut again at -500. Tired of spinning my wheels!!! -.- Not sure if anyone else has dealt with something like this.

I hit sub 200 for the first time in 1.5 years shortly after starting this (202.2 first weigh in) and the next day I was back over (barely)... should've realized then that I need to stop daily weigh-ins.
I think I do it to make sure i'm consistent but so long as my weekly keeps going down like it has, I should be fine.
Also, let me know when you finally stay under 200, i'll get you with some reps. Felt so good to see 19X a few times... im sure it'll be the same for you.FGC Crew | MFC OG

Started a 1 month PSMF today, after reading RFL a few years ago and never doing it, I decided to read it again and give it a try. (Works out well since I have nothing going on for the next month socially) Towing back my workouts to 2 full body workouts/week and some light cardio 2 times a week. It should be interesting, wish me luck!

Feeling kinda hungry because I have an 800 calorie deficit going but im going to power through it.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Well although not an official weigh in I did it sub 200 lbs this morning first time in a long time probably 6 years or so. I came in at 199.2 lbs here's hoping it will stick and be this or lower Friday so I can make it 100% official. It's a nice goal to reach it's finally starting to feel that my cut will eventually end and then I will move on to the next steps in my challenge where I failed last time in maintaining and even doing bulking/cutting cycles to get to my desired "Final" goal which may change as I get closer to it. Anyways back to work.
Rebooted 2/24/2015: 286 lbs
Started at 317 lbs in Feb 2012 Ended 172.2 in October 2013.

Did a 5mi jog while watching ep 9 of Walking Dead on my phone. Was pretty fun for being on a treadmill. Plan on doing the same tomorrow after I lift. Carb'd up over the weekend for the first time in a long while and figure I'll go head first back into deficit. My next refeed type deal will be my usual keto at above maintenance... Maybe in the form of 3lbs(before cooking) of bacon.. Hmmm
Going to end around a 3k deficit today, my body probably hates me. I know my stomach does.

Congrats on the milestone! Damn this spread nonsense!
My left forearm is still acting up in anything curl related, so I guess I'll have to keep neglecting my bis for a while longer T_T. Feels perfectly fine in all the other lifts though, so I'm not TOO bothered about it. Bit annoying that my biceps were one of my weak(er) points, but oh well. Hopefully they won't regress as they're pretty much where they started anyway! haha
