Weekend was a great one and was right on track until my date Sunday night we did Miniature Golf outside it was perfect weather like 73 Sunny with a breeze. Then we went to a pool bar and I had a couple 20 oz budweisers and when she beat me in a game we did a shot of Jaeger. I am lighter today than I was Friday so we'll see it was totally worth living life a little after being perfect all month long.

Im starting my psmf tomorrow. Time to get things done.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

Congrats to the many who had quite a bit of success judging by todays updated sheet. I hope to make better progress in the MAY-AUG round.
I am going to be up at 5am tomorrow and working all day. I'll just post up tonights weigh in 238.6 as my final. I managed to get to 235/236 often but always rebound back to 239/240 and repeat. Getting older with NO metabolism sucks.

120.5 lbs today and still retaining a bit of water. That's down from 123.5 lbs on Saturday... I'm looking forward to seeing many of you in the next thread, and congrats to everyone who participated.
I need to dig a little deeper now. I have a new car so I don't have any excuses. I should be in the gym multiple times a week going forward.start where you are

This thread meant a whole lot to me.
I want to especially thank Nitro, first of all, for both his hard work and level headed advise.
Elgatito, Caprica, and definately cyanotikat for her motivation in MFP. <3
I lost 19 pounds and learned to appreciate my own body with help from this thread. Thank you guys.

Well another 3 months another thread done. I came in at 183.4 lbs today for a loss of 20.8 lbs for the 3 months duration. I surpassed my goal of 185 lbs and am signed up for the next one at this point I am aiming to get to 170 by August 1st which will be like a pound a week on average. I am becoming less concerned with the scale and more so with the mirror. I still have fat to trim before I will be comfortable intentionally adding lbs but I will bulk this fall/winter I plan to do it as focused as I have with cutting and do a long 4-6 months of slow clean bulking I hope to see big changes.
Thanks for running the thread Nitro and for everyone that participates in conversation it has become part of my daily routine to check out the site at least once daily even if I don't post anything. See everyone in the next one.Rebooted 2/24/2015: 286 lbs

Wanna race again?
Feel better soon!
Maybe. You've come a long way!
Thank you for saying so, Idfection. The community here is important to me, too. And congrats on your progress!
Great job once again, and I'm glad to hear you had a good time on your date!

Your progress is so inspiring. I’m glad you’re in the next one.
Unreal. If it helps, stick around through your bulk!start where you are

Fell off and had a bit of a diet break. Bad timing but I tried low carbing for a week and it really hit me towards the end and I was just craving crap. Maybe it was uni stress/a little depression but whatever, **** excuses, I fell off.
Tracked macros the past couple of days and hit new PB on deadlift so whatever. I'll join the new thread and hopefully make some more progress. Congrats on the transformation everyone!I fart every time I deadlift. No idea how loud either cos of headphones. Fuark.

Final weigh in at 152.6lbs. Upped my calories by 100 this week so probably a bit of water weight. Will keep this intake for 2-3 weeks and see how it goes, feels amazing to finally be gaining decent strength again!
Overall I'm quite happy with the progress this time around, can only hope for the same in the next thread. Hope everyone achieved their goals and let's KILL IT in the next one!
