In at 189.2 today. As far as the scale goes I feel like I am suffering from ****arounditis but I think the mirror tells a better story. Been eating 3000 calories a day now for 3 weeks and not sure why I am not gaining anything. Possibly dieting down for over a year has messed up my metabolism and hormones? Not sure what's going on at this point. I was eating sub 2000 calories to lose all the weight.

3000 calories a day and not losing weight, I would be very happy lol. But I guess you could up the cals another 300-500 and see what happens since its already been 3 weeks.
Weighed 150.0lbs last night
Binged last night. Came home from work and there was tons of food from my gramps bday. Pizza,Birthday Cake, Coffee cake, asian food. Easily 3000+ calories. That's on top of the 1800 i ate that day too smh lol. Gonna fast today.

so I came in at 175 lbs. When I went on vacation last week I got up to 180 and I think I am still carrying some water. Although before I started this comp I had more fat than I do now. I noticed that I lost some fat all around within a few days. It feels good when you can see your upper abs ALMOST showing. I think within 2 weeks of being in a deficit, they'll come.

First off- congrats to everyone who has stuck with it until the "end" (well, at least almost). I think this is the first time I've ever stuck out one of these 3-month challenges until the end. For that alone I'm pretty impressed.
FINALLY down to (back) below Easter weight. 244.4 and moving in the right direction once again. It took a bit, but hey- at the end of the day it's about my entire life, not just having a rough few weeks. Since Jan. 1 I've gone from 277.8 to 244.4 and I (admittedly) haven't been working as hard as I know I can. Can't wait to see what the next few months have in store.
My goal for Wednesday is another pound so I can be at an even 15 for the 3 months. Best of luck to everyone with your future goals!

As I suspected from my binge thursday I put on a pound of fat. I decided im going to fast today to help get rid of some of that. I think I also decided im going to use short bursts of the psmf to lose some fat also on the next fat loss comp. That would create 1200 calorie deficits for that day without any cardio.

if you only binge one day.. i dough you got a pound of fat from that it's water weight also. why go in to fast? are you going to competed? if not there it's no need to rush...the reason why i always tell people to just enjoy food when you binge but don't make it a every day thing its so you won't feel guilty after you did just jump oh your routine the next day.. what it the worse it can happen set you back a week from your goal ? having this type of thinking can lead to bulimia... so every time you eat more calories than what you suppose to consume for the day the next day going to fast? oh think about psmf? ..... dude you are fine just keep pushing and eat on deficit i can deal with the cardio but only eating 1200 a day no! sorry thats just IMO....

Trust me I gained a pound of fat. I ate a whole large papa johns pizza with extra cheese bacon and double peperoni then later i ate a whole box of tasty cake kandy cakes over 1000 calories itself and two 300 calorie sodas that day. Im probably going to do the psmf 3 days a week and then eat at maintenance on the other 4 days. A one day fast doesnt bother me much. Its the 2 day fasts that I dont like. (I did a 2 day fast once in my life)

I just found out the BodyMedia Core2 is coming out in august and will be priced between 119 - 149 but this one is tons smaller than the v3 i have now plus it monitors sleep and has an option for a heart rate monitor. It comes with the things needed to wirelessly link up to the computer. I will be buying this.

GM.... for those of us in the east well this was fun and great to see everyone did so good... this week i start my slow bulk... last night i did my meal prep for the week going to see where does that take me... binge with the lets overs nothing to worry about since am bulking hahahaha also i play baseball yesterday so need it the extra calories here it's a pic of the meal prep and a shot of my leg progress.. also starting a new routine today a 3 day full body work out for the summer only going to train for 3 days others day play sports...

well, pretty good weekend overall.. been eating anywhere from 2500-3000 cals / day and a whole lot more beer recently
weight has been constant but it seems that i'm getting leaner? who knows with me but 2100 cals/day was too low, i felt like garbage and nothing was happening so it cant hurt to eat more plus i read an article by lyle mcdonald about too much activity and too big of a deficit can hurt progress...

Pretty sure I stayed under 2k all weekend plus was on my feet working outside for most of it.
So while carbs were high, deficit was there.
Still around 168.
will post pics Wed to see if I made any progress at all since weight & hips are basically the same.
Waist is hard to tell since i'm eating more it's fuller all the time.
