Im probably down 6 pounds but Ill really feel like I hit a milestone at 10 pounds down. Four more weeks.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I take one big fish oil pill before bed and I have no problems with burping. This has been my contribution to burpchat.
I stopped daily weigh-ins this week, but I had a peek at the scale this morning... 69.8kg. After goofing around and making zero progress in February, it's nice to see some movement. Time to keep up this momentum into next week.

I decided im tired of dieting this way. Im going to do my 4 weeks maintenance and two week cut cycle since I can lose weight and make muscle gains doing it this way and it gives me a mental break. (im starting today)

I decided today that im not dieting for an entire year. Im just going to try to eat as healthy as I can and test a theory im having about fat loss. How should I go about testing fat loss? Measure waist? or just take pictures or both? Ideas? Im going to keep using my body bugg during this year long experiment as well.
