Morning Peeps!! Weighed for first time since last Friday, only up 1.2 from my low weight. Not too shabby considering I ate bad this weekend with Friday easily being a 5k day. Should be on track to get down to another new low by Friday of this week. Sore, did chest/arms last night and Legs on Sunday. Tonight I think I will do cardio only. Hang in there. Summer is less than 3 months away!

I kinda doubt that. Trolls usually last a week or two, but she was around for a long time wasn't she? There was also too much **** that was just TOO unreal not to be true, you just don't make that kind of stuff up!
And well, that's the one kind of person I can't feel bad about. We've all been in the situation she was (is?) at. We've all been massively ignorant in everything nutrition and training, but there's a huge difference between not knowing and being irrationally stubborn when everyone tells you what you're doing wrong and what you should do in order to fix it.
I'll gladly spend hours teaching someone about the ins and outs of proper nutrition and training, but I honestly can't put up with people who willingly choose to remain ignorant and are seemingly okay with failing as long as they get to keep doing what they've always done.

I didn't get a weigh-in on Friday because I was out of town. Birthday parties, cake and pizza were not good to me :[ As of last night, I was up to 141. Really, really hoping to get to at least 135 by the end of the month, with my final goal being 130.
Congrats for all of the losses this week, and for the gains - there's strength in numbers, there are a few of us! We can do better next week for sure :]

I took in a big amount of carbs yesterday and im still only 149.4 up from 149.2. Cool.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

just checking in since I havent been posting for awhile. I've been fighting this urge of laziness towards dieting and working out. For some odd reason I am finding it hard to keep on going. I thought getting out of the college settings to where I could prepare my own meals would help a lot but I found out im much more able to be strict when im not able to cook my meals. I dont know whats going on but these past 2-3 weeks I have been maintaining when my whole goal was to get and stay in a deficit. It could be too that I was working 50-60 hr weeks and I was definately overworking myself.

For all you other weight lost bros and sis you guys are doing great and motivating me to stay on track I wish I was losing more but still working out the kinks. I was eating about 1680 cals changed it to 1511 see how that works I am getting bigger muscle wise and toning up a bit but staying at same weight . Hopefully this works.
