I literally cannot work out tonight because i cannot feel my arms... My sides are destroyed... DOMS. I am not sure what to do. Might attempt some cardio. I am doing intermittent fasting this week. 20 hour (10pm - 6pm) fast and 4 hour (6pm - 10pm) eating window... It is hard to get 2000 cals in meals over 4 hours...

Today was an easy day in terms of lifting. 225 front squat, 55 standing db press and 185 bent over rows.
DB press is a BIIIG difference from BB. My arms are shaky as fuark doing them.
Followed up with a 5mi jog/run while watching ep 10 of Walking Dead on my phone. Series is picking up already.
Going to be ending today at 350 net cals. For another huge deficit.
I am excited for Friday though, deadlift day. I got some chalk free chalk stuff from amazon. Hopefully it will help my hands from getting sweaty while DLing. If the stuff works, maybe I will get to 495 soon.

I had a tiny, cathartic cry over this last night, tbh. Part of me wanted to pack up and leave on a high note now that this long ordeal is finally “over”, but I do have new goals thanks to this web site. I think I might be at a weight loss stall already. Ill have to wait and see what happens next week.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

166.8 today.
I had some home-made Lemon cake at work.
So I know my carbs were way up I just guessed though at how much since it was home made.
But I spent the day on my feet crawling under desks & carrying PC's & monitors from one desk to another.
Active day.
Then I went & bought some chicken breasts on the way home & my jeep wouldn't start.
Looks like the starter.
20min. job on this vehicle. Just not last night with it being 19 degrees outside.
After we got it to my parents heated garage we called it a night so no workout for me since I got home at like 8:30.
Going to hit some tri/bi supersets now before work.
