I had a few days at 700 calorie deficits and one above but im staying at 500 calorie deficits after this weigh in. Its a lot less stressful on my body. Ill be happy as long as I hit 146.0 for this comp. I decided im doing the next one for fat loss too.
ps.... the next weight loss comp wont be as linear as my others because I wont be using my bodybugg next time.

Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

man today was a terribly planned day in regards to eating. I worked 10 hours today and I did tax returns so I didn't have much time in between jobs and I pretty much went through half the day with a 1300+ calorie deficit until I got home and then i was like screw this and had a semi untracked refeed day. Tomorow was my planned refeed day but I chose to do it today.... The scale is going to be unreal. haha
Picture of my massive bloat. My stomach feels like its going to explode. ATLEAST 250-300 grams of carbs in one go and probably 500 or so through the whole day.. Definately ate to maintence if not a slight surplus.... Bodymedia fit had me at 3200 calorie deficit (worked 10 hours) and I started out tonight at like 2100 cals.. Note you can usually see my ab muscles. I think I have a pic on page 16... Leptin Hormones going to be lovin this

Difficult week I think, on Wednesday I was showing 185.5 on the scales, so was very annoyed to see myself at 186.75 today for the weekly weigh-in. Still lost 2lbs for the week, so overall not so bad, but I want to accelerate my losses whenever possible really.
Transformation
1/10/12 - ~230lbs (didn't start weigh-in's until 1/11/12).
1/1/13 - 200lbs
1/2/13 - 191.75lbs
1/3/13 - 181.5lbs
1/4/13 - 171.75lbs
10/4/13 - 170.25lbs
28/4/14 - 166lbs
Target Weight - 1/5/13 - 165lbs. End Goal - 170lbs, looking like a UFC Welterweight.
Gym 5 days a week, diet 7 days a week. Motivation breeds habits, habits breed success.

Down 2 lbs which is perfect considering I binged pretty badly on pancake day and I ate about +500 cals another day. I played football/soccer 4 times and if I hadn't of binged that would have pushed me over 2lbs which I don't want, I want a slowish cut losing 1.5-2lbs a week. So I've decided to up my cals from 2000 to 2300 on football playing days. Looking forward too the extra carbs
I fart every time I deadlift. No idea how loud either cos of headphones. Fuark.

186.6 lbs this week.
Decided to do a 2 week stint of PSMF. Probably going to average a 9k+ deficit this week and the next. The cravings are craaazy though, brb packs of gum and drinking 2 liters of diet soda.
Lifts are stable, I dont plan on increasing them until sat/sunday of next week's weigh in.
Anyone else doing PSMF or Keto in here?

I got my back tat worked on on Tuesday. Only lifted Monday and did cardio Tuesday. Had to take the rest of the week off. Hurts to put a squat bar on my shoulders, hurts to lay on a bench with the weight pushing down on me, and it hurts to squeeze my shoulders together for rows haha. Somehow, I'm still down from 155 to 150. Weird.

I went from 153.8 to 153.0 but I didnt really go to the bathroom like I should have so it better be more of a weight loss.

already sent the pm.
down from 195.2 to 193.8 to 188.8
Of course when im fed I hovered between 190-192 all week, but my weigh-ins Friday morning are dry.
Gonna step up the weight and cardio this week, 5 pounds in one week is surely a lot of water, don't want to be sitting in the same spot come next week.✰ OFFICIAL MISC RUNNING CREW ✰

Well despite what the scale says i've lost enough around my mid-section in the last few weeks to make most of my size 32 jeans stupid loose on the waist to the point where I've had to over-cinch my belt at work while moving PC's because they felt like they were hanging off me.
Yet, my butt & upper thighs havn't really dropped yet so i'm still not able to get into my 31's comfortably.
Damn annoying.
But i'm on the right track!

So i weigh in tomorrow and i don't think i have lost anything. My boy down at the gym says i might plateau if i don't up my workout weights.
I did Squats @ 42.5kg, Bench @ 32.5kg and OHP @ 40kg... After doing 5x5 of that, i wasn't sweating or anything. I was then FORCED to do bench presses at 75kg and i did 2 sets of 8 and i was sweating. From this, i will be upping the weight significantly to match the calorie deficit.
I am stronger than i realise...

You shouldn't plateau at your weight if the 335 is accurate. Lifting more will burn more I'm sure but remember weight loss is almost entirely diet lifting and cardio are just tools to increase the amount of calories you burn in a day and obviously working with weights will help build or strengthen your muscle. Make sure your diet is in check and the weight will consistently come off for awhile before plateauing will happen.
