EC is really great, Ive been taking it for about 10 days. Do 25mg HCL with a cup of coffee in the morning and 12.5mg in the afternoon with a green tea capsule and another cup of coffee. Combined with IF and the dietary fat from keto, I am having a pretty easy time staying at around 22-2300 calories. Been doing keto for about 3 weeks and I'm glad I found something that works well for me. I suggest that people dont spend too much time at home, I would "boredom eat" before and this sometimes led to binges and set backs. Getting things done and sticking to the diet, currently winning ^^! Good luck everyone, remember its a team effort now so dont let us down!!

I'm really focusing this week on SLOWING DOWN my eating. I find that I tend to inhale everything, and get to the end faster, which means I'm looking for seconds sooner before I really "get full". I'm finding that if I slow down, my stomach has time to catch up and I feel more satiated by the end of my meal.
Plus, you know, you can enjoy the food more.

I weighed myself to see where im at and I went from 157.0 to 154.2.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I got accepted in redbox verizon beta streaming supposedly netflix competition. Their movie selection sucks and the video playback is jerky at times. Good thing the first month is free.

They served bourbon biscuits at a soccer first aid course I attended today. The course lasted 3 hours, I had no chance.
Hoping the extra cardio helps me out a little. Expecting to have shed ~1lb this week which isn't bad considering the alcohol binge which was a few thousand caloriesI fart every time I deadlift. No idea how loud either cos of headphones. Fuark.

I think im going to go at this diet as hard as I can because my bodybugg subscription runs out a few days after this comp is over and im not going to pay for another subscription. Im just going to wing it without the body bugg then. Ill save the 60 dollar yearly fee for something else.

Hey guys. I usedabunch of TDEE calculators and they all said my maintence is around 3400 (im 6 feet 190 pounds) but for a slow bulk myfitnesspal is saying to cut (with exercise) with around 2650 calories, which is a deficitof around 700 as compared to the other calculators. for a slow cut i figured a deficit of around 300-400 wouldbe optimal, so do i eat 3000 calories or 2350 ish or just experiment?
