That is definitely NOT recent. Way too lean for this far out lol. He never really get's fat, but that's just too lean for what he's trying to do.

Roro, I think he posts old pictures every now and then just to keep people entertained. Plus I'm sure his sponsors want him posting pics every now and again (even if they're old ones).

Absolutely ridiculously right.
Its strange to say but to me he looks pretty normal like hes supposed to be a ripped up 300lb guy at 5'8", if that makes any sense. That is why im such a huge fan of his. Something about Phil Heath just looks so unnatural to me, compared to Kai. Like Phil is wearing a suit or some wierd experiment of a little guy pumped up to be huge, just really unnatural looking to me and Phil is a little taller if im not mistaken.On a mission to get at least 25 of my pounds back! Comeback began 12/5/12.
Goal to add 25+pounds while getting close to single digit body fat, weight crucial, BF number secondary.
