I basically don't gain fat so cutting it isn't a slightest concern
The stickies said that it is basically just energy so is there a limit I should keep to?

You don't have an extremely fast metabolism, you just have a small appetite/not counting how many calories you're eating a day.
But hey, let me answer your question.
If you want to gain weight, eat more. Period.
A consistent caloric surplus would enable weight gain.
I'd suggest you get 250-500 surplus of calories,
of which it's personal preference of the source of calories.

You never explained yourself and I never asked about carbs. If I can eat hundreds and hundreds of grams of fat a day without storing it then doesn't it follow that I must have a fast metabolism and a small appetite? It's also arrogant for you to half explain yourself and act knowledgable IMO....

What are your macros now? Protein, carbs, and fats?
If you can't give those numbers then I can guarantee you don't have a fast metabolism--you just don't eat enough."The action required to sustain human life is primarily intellectual: everything man needs has to be discovered by his mind and produced by his effort." -Ayn Rand

Perfectly put. How old are you, notcameron? I started lifting at 6'2" and around 150lbs so pretty much the same as you and I saw no gains until I religiously tracked my meals for a month or so; unsurprisingly I thought I was eating a lot too, turns out it was probably 2000 calories max. on a good day. I bumped that up to 4500, which is actually hard work for someone used to eating only 2000 and the gains came rolling in. Now, 2 years on, I'm 215 and still (just about, when flexed) have visible abs. If you want to gain eat and stop making threads, no amount of advice can help you. Only oatmeal and PB.

I did some calculations from the macronutrients stickie, does 4600 cal sound like its already a surplus (6'2 165 lbs working out 4 days a week) because I need two 400 cal protein shakes to get me there usually.
Sometimes I can sit down, eat a whole salad and 2 steaks and sometimes I can barely finish my toast idk I have a ****ed up stomach.- Enjoys playing with my nutsack crew -

I've got it written down somewhere but I still live with my dad so I basically just eat the most protein rich food in the house and as much of it as possible. In my head if I do that and get carbs and fats from junk food then I'm basically doing the best I can but I'm obv open to any and all ideas about it.

This^^
If one day you eat a lot, and then the other day you eat like a little girl, you aint gonna gain weight.
Be consistent. By a food scale, weight everything you eat and eat the same amout of calories each day, by doing this you WILL gain weight.
There is no such thing as FAST METABOLISM just people how dont eat enough.

Are you really active OP? You're probably burning more calories than you think. When I was training for football, working a full time manual labor job and still hitting the gym, I had to eat 7k+ calories
