I have been training for just under 1.5 years, i train 4-5 days a week, get 8 hours of sleep minimum.
This is my transformation from 117.5lbs to 165lbs at 18 years old. I cannot bench due to a very bad shoulder injury so my chest has been lacking a bit but i do what it can.
Squat - 235 pounds 3x3
Dead lift 305- 3x3
